IWinGRN is an innovative blockchain company who will provide free gaming opportunities to adults around the world with X% of the respective advertising revenue going to non-profit organizations and/or celebrity affiliates. The games are provided at no cost to the player and, once established will provide fund raising to the charities and non-501(c)(3) organizations (such as fraternal lodges, booster clubs, etc) that the players support. The 2 types of ad structures, banner ads and small screen ads) and brand sponsorship opportunities will provide the preponderance of revenue that has tremendous calculated growth potential.

GRN is a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to solving large-scale problems utilizing substantially less natural energy than legacy and even the most modern solutions currently in practice. It is our credo to improve systems and processes through the development of new green technologies.

GRN Business Model
GRN has developed a logistics/supply-chain based blockchain ecosystem that has the potential to transform multiple sectors, including aviation, agriculture, retail, manufacturing, entertainment/gaming, and even specific public sectors such as voting.
Specifically, GRN looks for current business applications and processes that can benefit from improvements in their consumption of resources. Once identified, GRN works with that entity to implement programs, processes, or technologies to reduce their requirements for resources. Even a few percentage points in reduction of consumption can have dramatic effect on a world wide basis.
GRN has in depth knowledge of blockchain technology which has been around since the early 1990s, however it’s true benefits are only just being realized. It is called blockchain technology, and while it has primarily been used in the world of crypto, it is still in its infancy and will make paradigm shifts in our future efforts to reduce the need for the consumption of valuable and limited resources.
Each application or process is evaluated within GRN and a decision is made whether to partner with, compete with or develop solely in this order. GRN understands and can provide top level management to work with current stakeholders to bring solutions in to effect in the most timely manner.GRN understands time is critical. A new technology available in 30 years will not be worth the effort if our consumption causes the destruction before the time line can be met. GRN’s business model is designed to reduce our needs until such time as ultimate solutions can be created.

Charitable Giving continues to grow annually:
- Total charitable giving in 2021 grew 4.0% over the revised total of $466.23 billion contributed in 2020. However, while giving increased in current dollars, it remained flat (-0.7%) after adjusting for inflation. ADDENDUM II
Jools Cryptocurrency System
Jools is the proprietary tokenization element developed specifically to operate on the Red Ruby Network. Jools will come in two forms:
- Asset-backed and reward-based token
- Baby Jool is a non-monetary token that can be collected and used for in-platform incentives
- Baby Jools can be used to “buy into” tournaments where players can win the asset backed Jools, which have a monetary value of $1 each.
